What will you do?

Brand Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with BlazePod's mission and market positioning across all channels.
  • Implement brand advocacy tactics utilizing influencers, reviews, and social media to amplify brand presence and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure marketing initiatives are cohesive and strategically aligned for maximum market impact.

Growth and Sales Optimization:

  • Direct the Head of Growth in optimizing direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels to enhance sales and scalability.
  • Craft and execute monetization strategies, focusing on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to build a performance media strategy rooted in consumer motivations across marketing channels.

Customer Retention and Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the product team to design and manage customer retention programs across multiple channels (email, SMS, in-app, push notifications).
  • Analyze and interpret customer engagement data to refine and improve retention strategies.
  • Integrate marketing insights into product development to enhance community engagement and product features, actively participating in new feature launches.

B2B Relations and Support:

  • Provide strategic marketing support to partners and distributors, enhancing B2B relations and supporting sales initiatives.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Oversee and nurture the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, productivity, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and process optimization between marketing and other departments, establishing productive processes and work streams, ensuring data-driven development of marketing materials across functions and timely delivery.
