BlazePod is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our Google and Facebook campaigns while driving growth at scale.

What will you do?

  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
  • Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies, from prospecting to retargeting, with a focus on revenue growth and efficiency
  • Utilize A/B testing and creative iteration to maximize performance across ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging, high-performing ad content tailored to different platforms
  • Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Tableau to measure and report on campaign performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and new ad formats to maintain a competitive edge
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring the best ROAS, CAC, and LTV across all paid channels.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Facebook and Google Ads for e-commerce brands
  • Experience of Managing monthly budgets over $500,000
  • Proven success in scaling paid media campaigns with a focus on high ROAS and low CAC.
  • Deep expertise in ad account structures, creative strategy, audience segmentation, and bidding models.
  • Creative thinker with a growth-hacking mindset – always testing and iterating to improve performance.
  • Experience with A/B testing and ad creative performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, trends, and KPIs to make smart, fast decisions.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Passion for e-commerce, direct response marketing, and performance-driven advertising.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, taking full ownership of performance marketing initiatives.
