Plyo Box Jump Test FAQ

This test will expose your explosive endurance levels and specifically, how long you can keep recruiting maximum power to jump onto the plyo box with decreasing rest periods.

The box should be around knee height, but the most important thing to remember is that this test is all about you or your athlete, so make sure you always test using the same plyo box so as to see your true progression.

Try to use a soft box. As fatigue sets in we are more likely to make small mistakes and the soft box will prevent any shin knocks from mistimed jumps. Make sure to land into a squat to absorb any shocks.
