This level test will measure your ability to sustain linear speed and power with minimal amounts of rest. By gathering these metrics, you can measure your fitness level. This VO2 Max test is very similar to situations late in sporting contests where you have to perform at high levels. Push your limits to progress, while the test gets increasingly more difficult

5-10-5 Pro Agility Test

This short burst test will measure your ability to accelerate and decelerate. When considering the demands of sport, being efficient in accelerating and decelerating is a good measure of change of direction and cutting. It is also an indicator of lateral speed. This test will show how fast you can stop and go in a small space. Analyze how your time compares to the last test and personal best not only for the whole test, but dissect and analyze each movement pattern separately.

This short burst test will measure your ability to accelerate and decelerate. Being efficient in linking together acceleration and deceleration is a good measure of change of direction. This test measures speed, body control, and the ability to change direction.
