Girls Academy Soccer player on my way to Division 1. These are my favorite BlazePod drills that I use everyday. My focus is on optimal performance through speed, agility, strength and core conditioning. As an elite athlete I have tried every exercise out there and I know what works and what doesn’t. As an athlete am experienced in injury prevention, recovery and mobility which will be included in my training videos. I prioritize eating clean, mental strength, and motivation. If you can dream it you can achieve it!
