EURO BlazePod Giveaway Terms

NO PURCHASE OR MONETARY PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding and enforceable agreement between Play Coyotta Ltd. operating under the brand name BlazePod (“BlazePod”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and participants who participate, enter or win the EURO BLAZEPOD GIVEAWAY (respectively, “Participant” or “you”, and “Giveaway”).
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO BE FULLY UNCONDITIONALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS, AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN. IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY DECISIONS OF BLAZEPOD, AS FINAL AND BINDING WITH REGARDS TO ANY OF THE TERMS HEREIN. THE GIVEAWAY IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BLAZEPOD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS BY ANY WINNER (AT BLAZEPOD’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFIYING THE WINNER AND PRIZE.
1. ELIGIBILITY.
THE GIVEAWAY IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF (a) THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND PUERTO RICO; (b) THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA, THE UNITED KINGDOM AND SWITZERLAND, EXCLUDING ITALY AND SPAIN;(c) CANADA (EXCLUDING THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC), AND (d) EXCLUDING AUSTRALIA, PROVIDED THEY ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION, IF HIGHER) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. Employees, directors and officers of BlazePod, each of their respective affiliates, and any supplier involved in the development, administration, production, fulfillment of this Giveaway, including their immediate families or any other individuals living in the same households, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. THE GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.
Subject to applicable law, BlazePod has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to disqualify Participants for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same Participant from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by the Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD.
The Giveaway starts on July 2, 2025 at 00:00 CEST and ends on July 27, 2025 at 23:59 CEST (“Giveaway Period”).
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND ENTER THE GIVEAWAY.
BlazePod will send an email invitation to potential participants at its sole discretion (“Invitation”). The Invitation will include a link to an online entry form. To enter, participants must follow the link, submit the online form with their full name and a valid email address, and follow the instructions provided there (standard internet/data charges may apply). The form will also include an optional tick-box to consent to receive BlazePod marketing e-mails; consent is not required for entry.
Each Participant may participate in the Giveaway only once. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Participant, or multiple entries by the same Participant, are void. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Participant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and email address on such entry. Any potential prize winner may be requested to provide BlazePod with proof of identity, or any other required details to ensure its eligibility under these Terms.
If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at BlazePod’s sole discretion.
4. PRIZE.
One (1) prize winner will receive an email informing them about their win and following that will receive one BlazePod Gift Card with a face value of Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine US dollars ($499) (“prize”). The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by BlazePod. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at BlazePod’s sole discretion. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is awarded “as is” and without any warranty, except as required by law. In no event will more than the number of prizes stated in these Terms be awarded.
In addition to the prize, BlazePod will recognize one trainer or coach with the highest number of participating players as the “BlazePod Trainer of the Month”. This is an honorary title only, with no monetary value and no associated benefits. Publication of the honorary title is at BlazePod’s sole discretion.
5. WINNERS SELECTION AND ODDS.
A random drawing will be held on July 28, 2025, among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by BlazePod, including by automatic means (e.g., through the use of a random selection computer function). One (1) prize winner shall be selected. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing process and the prize winner selection by BlazePod shall be final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway.
6. WINNING NOTIFICATION AND CLEARANCE.
The winner will be notified by e-mail within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner must reply within fifteen (15) calendar days to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery, failing which an alternate winner may be selected. The Prize will be delivered by August 15, 2025.
BlazePod shall not be liable in the event the winning notification email was sent to the spam, junk e-mail or otherwise to an incorrect or non-functioning email address provided by the Participant. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize by sending a reply email within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a complete and execute declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected BlazePod’s sole discretion and per applicable law. A Canadian provisional winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER LAW, BLAZEPOD, TOGETHER WITH ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS, WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY liability, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, caused from (i) participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software to claim the prize; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries. Proof of submission of the Giveaway will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by BlazePod.
8. PRIVACY AND PUBLICATION RIGHT TO BLAZEPOD.
By entering the Giveaway, you grant us permission to use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy located at: https://www.blazepod.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating in the Giveaway, Participants hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted the privacy policy.
For EU and UK residents: Personal data collected specifically for the administration of this Giveaway is processed for the purpose of this Giveaway management as well as related internal record keeping. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in any of our record-keeping. All other privacy-related details, rights and disclosures shall be in accordance with our general Privacy Policy linked above.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO OPT-IN DURING THE ENTRY PROCESS, YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE PERIODIC EMAIL NEWSLETTERS AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM BLAZEPOD. YOU MAY WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT AT ANY TIME BY CLICKING THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK IN OUR EMAILS. PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY DOES NOT REQUIRE CONSENT TO RECEIVE MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS.
Subject to applicable law requirements, by voluntarily submitting to the Giveaway or providing any other content in connection with the Giveaway (collectively, a “Submission”), you (i) grant BlazePod and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, transmit, repost and otherwise use the Submission, in whole or in part, for advertising, publicity, commercial and other business purposes, in any media now known or later developed, for a period of two (2) years from the end of the Giveaway; (iii) agree that BlazePod may publish your winning the Giveaway (while reasonably maintaining your privacy; and (iv) waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any moral rights or similar rights you may hold in the Submission and release BlazePod from any liability arising out of its authorized use.
9. AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION.
BlazePod has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms (including without limitation by adjusting any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated herein) and to cancel, modify or suspend this Giveaway at any time in its discretion, including without limitation if a virus, bug, technical problem, entrant fraud or misconduct or other cause beyond the control of BlazePod corrupts the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Giveaway or if for any other reason BlazePod is not able to conduct the Giveaway as planned (including without limitation in the event the Giveaway is interfered with by any fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or of public enemy, communications failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, federal, state or local law, order or regulation or court order) or in the event of any change to the terms governing the application or interpretation of such terms. In the event of termination of the Giveaway, a random drawing will be conducted to award the prize from among all eligible Participants submitted prior to the time of termination.
10. UEFA DISCLAIMER.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with UEFA or the organizers of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 tournament.
11. GOVERNING LAW.
Subject to applicable law, these Terms are governed exclusively by the Laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and any dispute arising from the Giveaway shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Tel Aviv District, Israel. Any cause of action you might have relating to the Giveaway or these Terms is limited in time to one (1) year from the arising incident and will be permanently barred afterwards.
