You may upload or publish only content that you own or are authorized to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, remove rights-management information, or misrepresent the source or ownership of content.
If you believe that content available through the Services infringes copyright, please follow the instructions under the “Copyright Infringement Notices; DMCA” section in the Terms.
If your UGC was removed following a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or the use was authorized, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your name, address and telephone number. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the relevant parties. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate Accounts of repeat infringers.
8. Review, Reporting and Enforcement
UGC may be reviewed by BlazePod before or after publication using human or automated processes. Pre-publication review does not constitute endorsement, verification or a guarantee that UGC complies with this AUP.
You may report content or conduct through the reporting feature in the Services or by contacting Support@blazepod.com. Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant content or Account and understand the concern.
Depending on the nature, severity, context and frequency of a violation, BlazePod may refuse publication, reduce visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate an Account, preserve relevant information, or notify competent authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary to address a serious and imminent safety risk. Where required by applicable law, we will provide a statement of reasons and an opportunity to appeal an enforcement decision.
BlazePod is not required to monitor all content or activity and cannot guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified or removed immediately.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted through the Services and the 'Last Updated' date will be revised. We will provide notice of material changes where required by applicable law.
